This Privacy Policy explains how Alpaseh, published by Fotbiler, handles information when you use the game.
About this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to Alpaseh, a mobile word game published by Fotbiler. It describes the data practices of the current version of the application.
Alpaseh does not require an online account, does not use a Fotbiler backend service, and does not transmit gameplay profile information or high scores to Fotbiler.
No off-device collection by Alpaseh
The current version of Alpaseh does not intentionally collect, upload, transmit, sell, rent, or otherwise transfer personal or sensitive user data to Fotbiler or to third parties.
Alpaseh does not use a developer-operated account system, cloud leaderboard, advertising network, analytics service, crash-reporting service, or in-app purchasing service in the current project configuration.
Information stored only on your device
Alpaseh stores a limited amount of information locally so that the game can remember your settings and scores. This may include:
- the player name or username entered in the game;
- local high-score entries associated with that player name;
- selected language;
- selected color or theme preference; and
- audio level preference.
This information remains on the device in the current version and is not sent to Fotbiler. If you enter your real name as a player name, Alpaseh treats it only as local game data.
Local game functionality only
Locally stored information is used only to provide game functionality, including remembering preferences, displaying the selected player name, and maintaining the local high-score list.
Fotbiler does not use Alpaseh player data for advertising, profiling, marketing, or cross-app tracking.
Distribution platforms operate separately
Alpaseh may be downloaded through a third-party platform such as Google Play, GitHub, itch.io, or another application store or download service. Those platforms may independently process information such as your store account details, device information, IP address, download activity, diagnostics, or payment information under their own privacy policies.
Information processed independently by an operating system provider or distribution platform is controlled by that provider and is not data collected by Alpaseh itself.
How information is handled
Alpaseh's current gameplay information is stored locally and is not transmitted to a Fotbiler server. Protection of locally stored information therefore also depends on the security controls of your device and operating system.
No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but Alpaseh minimizes exposure by not operating a remote player-data service in the current version.
How long local data is kept
Local game data is retained on the device for as long as it is needed to preserve your settings and score history, or until it is removed.
Alpaseh includes an option to delete saved high-score entries. Other locally stored preferences can generally be removed by clearing the application's data or uninstalling the application, subject to any backup and restore behavior provided by your device or operating system.
Alpaseh does not currently create a Fotbiler account or server-side player profile, so there is no remote Alpaseh account data to request for deletion.
Children's information
Alpaseh does not knowingly collect or transmit personal information from children or adults in the current version. The game does not provide online chat, social posting, a developer-operated online profile, or a cloud leaderboard.

Policy updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated when Alpaseh changes. If a future version adds online services, advertising, analytics, crash reporting, purchases, account functionality, sensitive permissions, or any other feature that changes how user data is handled, this policy will be updated accordingly.
